Please abide by the specifications of each instrument. If the instrument is damaged due to improper use, the borrower shall be responsible for the cost of repair or renewal.

◆ 可於二周～三日前線上預約時段，欲取消預約，最遲請於三日前通知；原則上假日不借用。
The instrument can be reserved online two weeks to three days ago. If you want to cancel an appointment, please notify three days in advance at the latest; in principle, it is not borrowed on holidays.

◆ 使用當天請另外繳交「儀器使用申請書」予管理人員。
On the day of use, please submit the "Application Form" to the staff.
